REFUND

Our refund policy is only available for cases where the recipient receives a damaged item purchased from our store. We do not accept returns of items purchased from our store.

To be eligible for a refund, we must be notified that the recipient has received the damaged item AS SOON AS the packaging is opened, supported by a video showing the opening process of the packaging and the removal of the damaged item from the packaging. Please send this notification by email to pohlianwilson@gmail.com.

Our refund policy lasts for :-
1. fourteen (14) days since your purchase, where your shipping address is within the locality of MALAYSIA; and
2. thirty (30) days since your purchase, where your shipping address is anywhere else.
If the requisite time frame has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

We will respond to your notification within seven (7) days upon receipt of your notification.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within three (3) days following the original method of payment. We will show you proof of the refund. The time frame within which you actually receive your refund is beyond our control. You will need to contact your credit card company, if you paid by credit card, or your bank if necessary.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
