Listed here is a pair of long drops where the frame is made of darkened sterling silver and certain parts of the frames are filled with patterned polymer clay.

The patterned polymer clay pieces come from a small cane I made not too long ago. It looks like flames of fire. This method of selectively filling parts of the metal frame and not all, gives the design a modern twist whilst adding a little bit of fun and color. The earrings are light-weight.

The posts of these earrings are also made of sterling silver. The earrings are sold with a pair of broad silicone ear nuts that effectively hold up the earrings when worn. These ear nuts are commercially referred to as ‘ear lifts’. The metal part of the ear nuts are made from sterling silver.
