Bracken began on my loom, one thread at a time. Every woven thread becomes a story line, every woven line becomes a section or a paragraph and every woven section builds into a subtly unique story.

Inspired by the quiet colors of woodland undergrowth, I wove olive greens, burgundy and warm golden accents into a strap that feels both rustic and timeless.

The woven band is paired with a genuine leather tab and antique brass hardware, bringing together natural fibers, leather and metal in a simple, understated design. The leather has been hand-finished and protected, while the edges have been carefully burnished for durability.

I like creating pieces that become more personal through use. The leather may develop the gentle marks and patina that only genuine leather acquires with use and time, while the woven textile remains the heart of the piece.

Whether attached to your keys, handbag or backpack, Bracken is designed to be both practical and quietly distinctive.

No two handwoven pieces are ever exactly alike. Tiny variations are part of the story and a reminder that this wasn’t made by a machine – it was made by my hands.
